Tasks

• Assumption of the role of central outsourcing officer (m/f/d) in accordance with MaRisk AT 9 Y I Z 2 lit. c
• Taking over external assessments and outsourcing evaluations from product managers, as well as quality assurance of the outsourcing register
• Advising and supporting operational departments in implementing requirements (including identifying and evaluating outsourcing and other external assessments) and in technical matters
• Conducting a risk analysis and risk-oriented monitoring measures to evaluate the organizational precautions taken by the WPdu to protect customer financial institutions
• Advising the affected organizational units on compliance with applicable obligations to protect customer financial institutions
• At least annual reporting to management, ad hoc reporting if necessary when significant risks are identified

Requirements

• Successfully completed banking training and/or successfully completed a business administration or law degree at a university or technical college, as well as several years of professional experience in outsourcing management or a comparable field.
• In-depth knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory requirements of the banking industry, as well as banking-specific organizational/process knowledge
• Very good knowledge of supervisory law (in particular AT 9 MaRisk, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, and DORA) and risk management
• Secure allocation of relevant funds with a high level of financial initiative, strong analytical communication skills
