Tasks

• Assumption of the role of central outsourcing officer (m/f/d) in accordance with MaRisk AT 9 Yf 2 L
• Review of external procurement and outsourcing assessments by product managers and quality assurance of the outsourcing register
• Advising and supporting operational departments in implementing requirements (including identifying and evaluating outsourcing and other external procurement) and in technical matters
• Conducting a risk analysis and risk-related monitoring measures to assess the organizational precautions taken by the WPdU to protect customer financial instruments
• Advising the organizational units concerned on compliance with the applicable obligations for the protection of customer financial instruments
• At least annual reporting to management, ad hoc reporting if necessary when significant risks are identified

Requirements

• Successfully completed banking training and/or successfully completed a university degree in banking, business administration, or law
• Several years of professional experience in outsourcing management or in a comparable environment
• In-depth knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory requirements of the banking industry
• Banking-related organizational/process knowledge
• Very good knowledge of supervisory law (in particular AT 9 MaRisk, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, and DORA) and risk management
• Confident manner and strong financial initiative, strong analytical communication skills
