Part-time educational assistant (18.5 h/week) (all genders)

Tasks

• Support pedagogical specialists in their pedagogical and supervisory tasks, taking into account the pedagogical values of the institution
• High-quality, creative and nature-based work with young children
• Working in a qualified team that values attentive and respectful interaction
• Participation in regular team meetings, supervision

Requirements

• A recognized training for the pedagogical field (crèche or kindergarten) is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Professional experience in the early childhood sector
• Patience, ability to work in a team, commitment, flexibility and a sense of responsibility
• Identification with the mission statement and pedagogical concept of the institution

Time limit

• Temporary employment contract from 01.02.2026 to 31.08.2026
