Requirements

• Completed qualification course for assistants in childcare facilities incl. proof of training
• Professional experience in the early childhood sector and a child-oriented attitude
• Patience, ability to work in a team, commitment, flexibility and a sense of responsibility
• Identification with the mission statement and pedagogical concept of the institution
