Pedagogical replacement (part-time) (all genders)
Tasks
- Varying working hours due to sickness or vacation of employees
- Supporting the educational staff in their educational and supervisory tasks, taking into account the educational values of the childcare facility
- High-quality, varied, creative and nature-based work with young children
Requirements
- Identification with the institution's mission statement and educational concept
- A recognized training for the pedagogical field (crèche or kindergarten) is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Experience in dealing with small children
- Flexibility, ability to work in a team, reliability, sense of responsibility, patience and commitment
