It is a 20+ year old technology that has maintained its results and client satisfaction. This role on the Aladdin Partners team focuses on building and maintaining market data and mutual market data. The Technology Product Management team drives product strategy, product development and partnering with product, marketing and client teams to drive business growth.

Main tasks

• Identify and close new business opportunities: Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities by building relationships with ecosystem partners to drive the adoption of Aladdin technology capabilities.
• Manage and grow partner relationships: Function as the primary point of contact for key investors and platform partners to ensure alignment on common goals and strategies. Identify growth opportunities and manage the partnership lifecycle through regular communication, performance management and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategy: work with product, marketing and customer teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with Aladdin solutions.
• Represent Aladdin externally: Act as subject matter expert and evangelist for Aladdin's retail solutions in client meetings and at trade shows to promote opinion leadership.
• Achieving commercial results: Responsibility for sales and growth targets, managing deals, pipelines and delivering forecasts to senior management with precision and accuracy.

Informing the product schedule

• Feedback from customers and partners to help prioritize product features and inform product development.

Results and materials

• Development of opinion leader materials
• 1-pager, customer presentations, pitch decks
• Convincing pitch materials for customers and segment managers

Required skills and experience

• 6+ years of experience in development or partner ecosystem
• Successful experience in developing and achieving or exceeding targets
• Deep understanding of electronic trading and market data
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions to senior stakeholders and asset managers, hedge funds and broker-dealers.
• Strong relationship building skills, both internally and externally, with strong verbal and written communication skills and influencing and negotiation skills.
• Commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify strategic partnership opportunities and create value for Aladdin.
• Collaborative mindset, with experience working with cross-functional teams, product, legal, compliance and marketing.
• Familiarity with markets, OMS/EMS systems and the wider trading ecosystem. Experience prior to Aladdin is a plus.
• High degree of initiative and ownership, with a focus on results, customer impact and continuous improvement.
