The role

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our B4B Payments Relations team. Help us to provide our customers with an excellent service and solve payment-related queries promptly and efficiently.

• Clarifications in all currencies in the area of payment transactions
• Interaction with our partner banks worldwide
• Direct contact with our customers
• Correspondence via SWIFT and telephone
• Questioning existing processes for the purpose of optimization

• Fluency in German and English
