Tasks

• Work for CLS (Continuous Linked Settlement) processing within UBS
• System and notification flow monitoring (between CLS Bank and UBS)
• Processing of time-critical payments from the CLS area and specialized services
• Customer support activities in the area of CLS business
• Telephone contact with various stakeholders (e.g. internal: foreign exchange operations and external: banks, CLS third-party providers)
• Liquidity cases in cooperation with credit risk

Requirements

• Strong team spirit and willing to adapt
• Proactive, customer and target-oriented behavior and self-responsible with a risk-aware approach
• Experience in customer service & soft skills
• Basic knowledge of the most important systems
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibly
• Good analytical understanding of processes
• Willingness to work flexible hours in shifts
• Willingness to work on public holidays
