UBS is seeking a client-focused Payments Specialist to join its B4B Payments Relations team to provide excellent service to clients and resolve payments-related queries. The position includes payments clarifications, interactions with partner banks and clients as well as process optimization.
The role
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our B4B Payments Relations team. Help us to provide our customers with an excellent service and solve payment-related queries promptly and efficiently.Tasks
- Clarifications in all currencies in the area of payment transactions
- Interaction with our partner banks worldwide
- Direct contact with our customers
- Correspondence via SWIFT and telephone
- Questioning existing processes for the purpose of optimization
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer focus
- Independent and precise work
- Independent and risk-oriented work
- Experience in payment transactions (experience in payment transactions with partner banks would be ideal)
- Team player
- Analytical understanding and constant questioning
- Interest in digitalization, automation and innovation
