Payments Processing/Credit Card Specialist

Tasks

As a Payments Processing & Credit Card Specialist, you will play a key role in processing SWIFT/SEPA/SIC payments, managing credit card operations, and supporting internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reconciliation of internal accounts
• Contact person for internal parties regarding payment transactions

As a Credit Card Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Management and processing of new credit card applications
• Processing all incoming inquiries related to credit card issues
• Interface and liaison between the various credit card providers and internal parties

Requirements

For this position, we are looking for someone with:

• Advanced communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
