Payroll Manager

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the smooth monthly payroll accounting of around 500 employees throughout Switzerland
• You manage the reporting of changes, new entries and departures to the social security and tax authorities (withholding tax)
• You will create various monthly/annual reports and assist in the preparation of HR dashboards, both in terms of budgets, controlling and risk management
• You will work with the HR Business Partners and senior management to integrate performance evaluation systems into the remuneration policy to ensure performance-related remuneration (bonus, etc.)
• You create and monitor budgets for all personnel expenses to ensure that spending is efficient while maintaining competitiveness in the marketplace
• You are actively involved in projects and sub-projects in the area of payroll

Requirements

• Commercial training or a degree in business administration, supplemented by further training in the areas of social insurance, payroll accounting, finance or accounting
• At least five years of professional experience in payroll, ideally in the banking sector
• Sound knowledge of social security (insurance, pension schemes, etc.)
• Proven skills in analyzing salary data and creating HR dashboards
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft programs (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of the ERP system Abacus or the banking training program Avaloq is an advantage
• Fluency in German and French (both mandatory), good knowledge of English is an additional plus
