Payroll Manager

As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for managing notifications to social security and tax authorities, preparing reports and monitoring budgets for personnel expenses. You will work closely with HR business partners and management to ensure performance-related remuneration.

Payroll Manager (100 %) in Basel

Tasks

  • You manage the reporting of changes, new entries and departures to the social security and tax authorities (withholding tax)
  • You create various monthly/annual reports and help to prepare HR dashboards, both in terms of budgets, controlling and risk management
  • You will work with HR Business Partners and senior management to integrate performance evaluation systems into the remuneration policy to ensure performance-related remuneration (bonus, etc.)
  • You create and monitor budgets for all personnel expenses to ensure that spending is efficient while maintaining competitiveness in the marketplace
  • You are actively involved in projects and sub-projects in the area of payroll

  • Mandatory: good English skills are an additional plus
