P&c Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

Your challenge

  • Operational tasks and deputy responsibility throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Active support in the Payroll team for all salary and insurance topics is an advantage
  • Support with questions on all P&c topics
  • Updating and managing employee data in our HR system
  • Introduction of legal regulations and internal guidelines
  • Participation in P&C projects and initiatives

Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas
  • Sound knowledge of payroll accounting and labor law
  • Confident handling of HR software (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office
  • Proactive and independent way of working
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and find solutions
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Very good German and good English skills
