Your challenge
- Operational tasks and responsibility for content across the entire employee lifecycle
- Active support in the Payroll team for all salary and insurance topics is an advantage
- Support with questions on all P&C topics
- Updating and managing employee data in our HR system
- Compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
- Collaboration on P&C projects and initiatives
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas
- Sound knowledge of payroll accounting and labor law
- Confident handling of HR software (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office
- Very good German and good English skills
- Proactive and independent way of working
- Ability to analyze complex problems and find solutions
- Discretion in handling sensitive information
