The P&C Operations Specialist (m/f/d) supports the Payroll team and is responsible for operational tasks in the employee lifecycle, such as the administration of employees in the HR system and compliance with legal regulations. The position is temporary until 31.03.2027 and offers full-time or part-time employment (80-100%) in Liechtenstein.

P&C Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

Your challenge

  • Operational tasks and deputy responsibility throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Active support in the Payroll team for all salary and insurance topics is an advantage
  • Support with questions on all P&C topics
  • Grading and managing employees in our HR system
  • Compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
  • Participation in P&C projects and initiatives

Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas
  • Sound knowledge of payroll accounting and labor law
  • Confident handling of HR software (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Proactive and independent way of working
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and find solutions
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Very good German and good English skills
