Pension Operations Specialist (m/f) 80–100%

Tasks and responsibilities

• Processing of Enrollments, Withdrawals, and Other Changes
• Processing of Deposits, Purchases, and Vested Benefits
• Preparation of Feasibility Studies
• Handling of divorce cases and housing assistance / eligibility
• Introduction of accounts, initial investments, and a strategic shift for our Te solution
• Processing of premium payments for existing customers
• Administration of the contribution system for our affiliated companies

Requirements

• A specialist with commercial vocational training and extensive continuing education
• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in occupational retirement planning
• A strong commitment to customer service, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken German. Knowledge of any additional foreign languages is a plus.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in occupational pension planning
• Enthusiasm for occupational retirement plans and their target audiences
• A high capacity for handling stress and an excellent aptitude for math
