People Analytics & AI Transformation Analyst - Part-Time

Tasks

• Support in building and maintaining the company's people reporting portfolio, including the creation of flexible data sets and the reuse of analyses for various target audiences
• Management of the company's management information (MI) and financial reporting
• Support for integrating these outputs into dashboards such as Power BI and Tableau
• Research and analysis of issues related to personnel data, as well as handling specific inquiries
• Work closely with the Head of People Analytics and the teams in the central HR department to learn how analytics support strategic projects
• Supporting the wide range of initiatives within the Human Resources department
• Contribution to ad hoc work for broader HR analytics and external reporting
• Contribute to business projects across the entire company to improve business decision-making
• Actively seeking feedback and opportunities for growth to build skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Demonstrable practical knowledge of SQL, analytics, and dashboards; ideally, experience with advanced tools such as Python
• Strong academic performance, ideally in a quantitative or data science field
• The right mindset: curious, analytical, and a genuine interest in data, as well as a meticulous and focused mind
• Strong ability to learn and apply new skills in a fast-paced and hands-on environment
• Ability to quickly process detailed data sets in order to learn quickly and foster growth
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to identify limitations and take proactive measures based on expertise
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to building relationships
• Strong commitment to customer service, a strong work ethic, and reliability
• Bonus points: Previous professional experience and research using analytical tools, such as Python and R, or up to 3 years of experience. A background in data visualization and analytics is a plus, but not required
