People Partner - Part-Time

Tasks

The position as People Partner includes the following tasks:

• Strategic partnership with key stakeholders and advice on HR strategy and practices to enable them to achieve their strategic goals
• Support and coaching for line managers and teams to lead them effectively
• Provision of talent and performance management solutions, including performance management and career counseling
• Identifying and solving problems by interpreting and analyzing data and creating compelling and credible narratives to shape the HR agenda
• Design and implementation of organizational structures that enable diversity, future capabilities, and skills development
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure they are effectively leading their teams and modeling the expected behavior
• Support in developing an effective compensation philosophy that links performance to compensation
• Partner with the Chief Risk Officer and the risk function to ensure sound risk management practices
• Partnership with the payroll team and the external payroll provider
• Monitoring and management of year-end and payroll activities
• Support for the proactive involvement of employees with respect, transparency, consistency, and effective feedback loops
• Practical support in defining and implementing global HR policies, standards, and guidelines
• Support for personnel initiatives and projects
• Promoting the importance of employee welfare and supporting line managers and employees in maintaining a healthy work-life balance
• Promoting the development of a diverse and consciously inclusive culture

Requirements

The position requires:

• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Good understanding of an HR people partner role
• Familiarity with HR and compensation
• Desire to make a difference
