People Technology Lead

The People Technology Lead is responsible for the implementation of transformation projects within the HR department and supports the operation of technology applications, particularly in the Workday Enterprise Management Cloud area. The focus is on the automation and implementation of AI applications within the HR department.

Job description: People Technology Lead

Overview

The People Technology Lead position is part of the Finance and Corporate Technology team and reports directly to the Head of Finance and Corporate Technology. The main role is to lead transformation projects within the People/Human Resource function and support the operational implementation of technology applications.

Key tasks

  • Implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of core HR systems including ERP, recruitment and talent tools; Workday:
    • Configuration and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to develop change initiatives, system roadmaps and project plans
    • Project initiation and implementation
  • Leading the design and implementation of AI within the HR department:
    • Areas of knowledge, including:
      • Workforce planning and analytics
      • Design of requirements and specifications
      • Data mapping, diagrams and flowcharts for developers and testers
  • Definition and coordination of the execution of test procedures and development of test cases for quality assurance
  • Implementation and integration of processes for scalability, maintainability, easy maintenance and system performance
  • Experience in leading teams through significant change

Requirements

Essential requirements

  • Significant experience with Workday HCM configuration and optimization:
    • Absence management and time tracking
    • Core HCM
    • Talent management and security modules
  • Experience with Workday HRIS, Workday personnel management
  • Previous role in an HR department where significant changes were successfully implemented
  • Knowledge and experience in the area of 'source to pay' processes
  • Exposure to technology and the desire to work in technology-enabled workforce transformation

Advantageous requirements

  • Previous experience with the talent acquisition tool: Greenhouse CRM
  • Previous experience in the successful implementation of AI use cases
