People Technology Lead
The People Technology Lead is responsible for the transformation and operation of People Technology applications at Man Group, particularly in the area of Workday HCM and other systems. The focus is on supporting the HR department in automation and regulatory compliance.
Job description: People Technology Lead
Tasks
- Experience in the design, implementation, and operation of traditional personnel systems (including HRIS, recruitment, and talent tools)
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to develop change initiatives; system roadmaps and requirements, including:
- Identifying, testing, and leading the development and implementation of AI within the HR department
- Development, analysis, prioritization, and organization of requirements, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts related to human resources
- Definition and coordination of the execution of test procedures and development of test cases to ensure the entire quality assurance process
- Defining and prioritizing roadmaps for scalability, sustainability, maintainability, and system performance
- Experience in leading teams through significant change
Requirements
Essential requirements
- Significant experience with configuring and optimizing Workday HCM—Absence Management & Time Tracking, Time Off, HCM Talent Management & Search
- Experience with reporting within Workday HCM
- Previous roles in which significant changes were successfully implemented
- Previous role as a personnel manager/employee within a significant change in the delivery of a product or process, with an understanding of what "good" looks like
- Knowledge or experience in the field of human resource process design
- Exposure to technology and the desire to work in technology-enabled HR transformation and learn how technology is changing the HR departments of the future
Advantageous requirements
- Previous experience with the Greenhouse CRM talent acquisition tool
- Previous experience in successfully implementing AI/ML and chatbots
