People Technology Lead

The People Technology Lead is responsible for implementing transformation projects within the People/Pension Technology function at Man Group and supports the operation of technology applications. The focus is on developing and implementing solutions to support automation and compliance with regulatory requirements in the People area.

Job description: People Technology Lead

Tasks

  • Design, implementation, and transition of people systems, including HRP, recruitment, and talent tools
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to develop change initiatives, system rollouts, and requirements
  • Leading the design, development, and implementation of AI within the People function
  • Further development, analysis, prioritization, and organization of requirements, specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts to support delivery
  • Definition and coordination of the execution of test procedures and development of test cases for quality assurance
  • Defining and prioritizing roadmaps for scalability, sustainability, maintainability, and system performance
  • Experience in leading teams through significant change

Requirements

Required

  • Significant experience with configuring and optimizing Workday HCM Absence Management & Time Tracking, Time Off Management, and Benefits modules
  • Experience with reporting within Workday HCM
  • Previous roles in a people technology function have successfully implemented significant changes
  • Previous or current experience as a people resource process designer with an understanding of what 'good' looks like

Advantages
