The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Performance Management Specialist (m/f/d) for a 9-month assignment to manage a wide range of performance management topics and activities and to support the implementation of annual and cyclical performance management processes. The ideal candidate has experience in performance management and/or project management, as well as a solid educational background in business administration, finance, or a related field.
Job description
The position of Performance Management Specialist (m/f/d) is a full-time, 9-month assignment. The responsibilities include:- Managing a wide range of performance management issues and day-to-day activities
- Support in implementing annual and cyclical performance management processes
Your requirements

- Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
- A team player who works well with others and has a positive, can-do attitude
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in performance management and/or project management
- A good understanding of the financial services or banking industry
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus
- Fluent in English and German
