Tasks

• Review and approval of existing client relationships, portfolios and accounts in Bank Julius Baer Singapore ("JBBS")
• Support the CRO and senior management teams of JBBS Branch in ensuring compliance with external and internal regulations
• Management of operational, regulatory and reputational risks
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Front Office, Client Documentation Services (CDS), KYC/AML Onboarding and Risk Management teams
• Checking customer profiles for compliance with internal requirements and regulatory requirements
• Carrying out customer risk assessments and due diligence analyses
• Review and evaluation of name screenings

• Ability to identify, assess and document KYC/CDD issues
• Timely escalations for KYC/CDD measures that cannot be completed
