Personal Assistant (London, UK)

Tasks

The successful candidate will work closely with the broader PA team and provide administrative support to the entire firm, including support for junior fee earners. Key responsibilities include:
  • Executive and Team Support: Seamless PA support for a team of managing directors and directors, including complex and constantly changing calendar management
  • Travel and Expense Management: Comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, trains, hotels, visas, and meal/meeting locations
  • Document and presentation support: Formatting presentations and documents in accordance with the company’s or client’s brand
  • Event coordination and team engagement: Planning and executing events (team get-togethers, lunches, celebrations, away days, corporate events)
  • Office and administrative support: Covering reception duties during holidays or lunch breaks, assisting with CRM database maintenance, and performing general administrative tasks

Requirements

The ideal candidate should:
  • Have experience with Concur (or similar expense management software)
  • Possess a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion
  • Be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Be personable and professional, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to work effectively with a wide range of personalities and at various levels of seniority
  • Be a true team player who is willing to step in and help out wherever needed
