Tasks
The successful candidate will work closely with the broader PA team and provide administrative support to the entire firm, including support for junior fee earners. Key responsibilities include:- Executive and Team Support: Seamless PA support for a team of managing directors and directors, including complex and constantly changing calendar management
- Travel and Expense Management: Comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, trains, hotels, visas, and meal/meeting locations
- Document and presentation support: Formatting presentations and documents in accordance with the company’s or client’s brand
- Event coordination and team engagement: Planning and executing events (team get-togethers, lunches, celebrations, away days, corporate events)
- Office and administrative support: Covering reception duties during holidays or lunch breaks, assisting with CRM database maintenance, and performing general administrative tasks
Requirements
The ideal candidate should:- Have experience with Concur (or similar expense management software)
- Possess a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion
- Be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Be personable and professional, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work effectively with a wide range of personalities and at various levels of seniority
- Be a true team player who is willing to step in and help out wherever needed
- Be proactive and solution-oriented, with a "can-do" attitude
- Be trustworthy, professional, and discreet when handling sensitive information
