Job description

Tasks

  • Responsibility and handling of all personnel processes from entry to exit (with interface to Payroll) in the Workday personnel system
  • Responsibility for the recruitment process
  • Responsibility and active support for the annual HR processes
  • Responsibility for the content and implementation of the Bank's employment manual
  • Handling administrative tasks such as: Keeping statistics, preparing presentations, carrying out case-specific analyses, etc.
  • Coordination, support and collaboration on internal bank projects and events
  • Organization of meetings and events
  • Administrative support for the bank management
  • Support for marketing managers

  • Precise, efficient and reliable way of working
  • Responsible and independent person
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills
  • Discreet handling of sensitive information
  • Very good knowledge of German (grammatically and stylistically proficient)
