Job description
Tasks
- Responsibility and handling of all personnel processes from entry to exit (with interface to Payroll) in the Workday personnel system
- Responsibility for the recruitment process
- Responsibility and active support for the annual HR processes
- Responsibility for the content and implementation of the Bank's employment manual
- Handling administrative tasks such as: Keeping statistics, preparing presentations, carrying out case-specific analyses, etc.
- Coordination, support and collaboration on internal bank projects and events
- Organization of meetings and events
- Administrative support for the bank management
- Support for marketing managers

- Very good knowledge of German (grammatically and stylistically proficient)
