- Designing, further developing, and supporting initiatives in areas such as employee development, leadership development, team development, and talent development - Leading projects in collaboration with colleagues from the HR team and various functional departments within the Group - Coaching and supporting high-potential and new leaders, as well as actively supporting leaders and teams during times of change and conflict - Conducting and facilitating training sessions and workshops as part of the implementation of human resources and organizational development strategies - Analyzing trends and developments in the field of learning and development and integrating new, innovative approaches, such as the use of artificial intelligence - Helping to shape and further develop the area of employer branding

We benefit from this

• A university or university of applied sciences degree, or equivalent continuing education with a focus on human resources development and/or organizational development
• Extensive relevant professional experience in human resources and/or organizational development, and thus a broad repertoire of methods, techniques, and tools
• Excellent conceptual skills and extensive experience in project implementation, combined with the ability to tailor communication to the audience and strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Problem-solving skills, work ethic, high level of self-motivation, enthusiasm, and perseverance
• An individual with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain a clear overview and provide clarity even in dynamic situations
• Fluency in spoken and written German; French is a plus
