BKB Bank is seeking a Human Resources and Organizational Development Specialist (m/f) for a 90% position, focusing on the design and advancement of initiatives such as employee development, leadership development, and talent development. The role offers a wide range of responsibilities, including coaching, project management, and conducting training sessions and workshops, within a dynamic and diverse team.

Your new job

- Designing, further developing, and supporting initiatives in areas such as employee development, leadership development, team development, and talent development - Leading projects in collaboration with colleagues from the HR team and various departments within the BKB Group - Coaching and supporting emerging and new leaders, as well as providing situational support to leaders and teams during times of change and conflict - Conducting and facilitating training sessions and workshops as part of the implementation of human resources and organizational development strategies - Implementing human resources and organizational development strategies - Analyzing trends and developments in the field of learning and development and integrating new, innovative approaches, such as the use of artificial intelligence - Sharing responsibility for and further developing the area of employer branding within the BKB Group

We benefit from this

  • A university or university of applied sciences degree, or equivalent continuing education with a focus on human resources development and/or organizational development
  • Extensive relevant professional experience in human resources and/or organizational development, and thus a broad repertoire of methods, techniques, and tools
  • Excellent conceptual skills and extensive experience in project implementation, combined with effective communication and compelling presentation and facilitation skills
  • Problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, strong self-motivation, a desire for challenges, and perseverance
  • An individual with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain a clear overview and provide clarity even in dynamic situations
  • Fluency in spoken and written German; French is a plus
