Personnel Manager:in Young Talents
Zürcher Kantonalbank is looking for a Human Resources Manager for the "Young Talents" team to support the training of over 400 young talents. The position includes the supervision of apprentices, the administration of programs and the analysis of trends in the high school graduate and apprentice landscape.
Your tasks
- Collaboration in internal and external project groups of the KV sector bank training professions
- Ensuring a functioning program administration
- Creation and responsibility for all reports
- Analyzing and identifying changes and trends in the landscape of high school graduates and learners
- Contributing ideas on how we can continue to provide attractive offers for school leavers in the future
- Collaboration on innovative training concepts
Your profile
- Professional experience (at least 5 years) in a similar HR function
- Experience in the training sector
- Very good PC user skills, especially MS Office
- Enjoy working with young people
- Your way of working is structured so that you can maintain an overview even in complex environments
- You are characterized by your coordination and conception skills
- Solution-oriented communication with different target groups is no problem for you
