Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in personnel administration and/or payroll accounting
  • Completed apprenticeship (EFZ)
  • Further training as a personnel assistant desired
  • German (business fluent)
  • French (an advantage)

Profile

  • Personnel administration is your hobbyhorse and you ideally have some experience in payroll (system mutations).
  • You enjoy process-oriented activities and describe yourself as an IT-savvy person, with an advantage if you already know SAP or Success Factors.
  • You have a precise and careful way of working.
  • You are an inquisitive, open-minded and flexible person who can quickly integrate into a well-established team.
