Tasks
- You are responsible for personnel administration from entry to exit and work closely with the specialist departments.
- You are in written and telephone contact with applicants, superiors, employees and external partners.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in personnel administration and/or payroll accounting
- Completed apprenticeship (EFZ)
- Further training as a personnel assistant desired
- German (business fluent)
- French (an advantage)
Profile
- Personnel administration is your hobbyhorse and you ideally have some experience in payroll (system mutations).
- You enjoy process-oriented activities and describe yourself as an IT-savvy person, with an advantage if you already know SAP or Success Factors.
- You have a precise and careful way of working.
- You are an inquisitive, open-minded and flexible person who can quickly integrate into a well-established team.
