Tasks
- Inbound: You are the first point of contact who responds quickly and competently to customer inquiries. With your expertise, you will advise our customers on payments and savings in the areas of Personal Banking and Wealth Management. You will also accompany our customers on their journey into the digital future and support them in using our digital products.
- Risk management: With your interest in understanding the different situations correctly, you will help Compliance to review transactions and customer behavior. You will also process PICH and update customer information.
Requirements
- Training and experience: Training
- Language skills: Proficiency in written and spoken French, English and other national languages are an advantage.
