Physical Security and Business Continuity Management SupportTasks
- Develop, maintain and test business continuity plans to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulatory requirements and to ensure operational resilience and availability of relevant services in the event of disruptive events
- Carrying out risk assessments to identify potential problems for business operations
- Analysis of the impact of identified risks on critical business processes
- Development of risk mitigation and business continuity strategies
- Conduct training sessions for stakeholders to raise awareness of business continuity plans
- Carrying out regular exercises and tests to check the effectiveness of plans
- Supporting stakeholders in the implementation of measures or processes to improve business continuity
- Active participation in the crisis management team during incidents, coordination of response and recovery plans
- Informing and communicating effectively during crisis situations
- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of incidents to senior management
Requirements
Skills
- Deep understanding and knowledge of industry standards, regulations and best practices related to business continuity
- Ability to present reports to senior management on business continuity initiatives and emerging threats
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with the use of business continuity planning tools
Experience
- Proven experience in the role or similar, development and implementation of business continuity plans
- Proven track record in leading and coordinating crisis management and implementing response measures
Additional requirements
- Certification in the area of Business Continuity Management (ISO22301) is an advantage
