Platform Engineer / DevOps Engineer

Tasks

• Support in ensuring that production always runs efficiently
• Support for services in production, test, and development environments, including ensuring monitoring, alerting, resilience, on-call support, etc.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and management of cost-effective, large-scale infrastructures, including cloud services, networking, and storage solutions

Requirements

• 2–3 years of practical experience with operating systems, ideally in demanding environments
• Familiarity with SRE principles and practices, including automation, monitoring, and incident management
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, Go, or Bash
• Proven experience in cloud-based architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency in Operating Linux Servers
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform for managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Practical experience with modern DevOps tools (Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Python, YAML, Shell); not all are required, but experience with several is a plus
• Experience with DevOps build and test processes, release management, and product lifecycle management
• Ability to deploy and operate solutions and integrate them into existing production environments, with support from senior team members for more complex tasks
• Some experience with database manipulation (SQL) and software development (e.g., Python) is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn, strong focus on goals, team-oriented and results-oriented
