Job description
Tasks
- Own the Bank's observability platform, consisting of application performance monitoring, synthetic monitoring, and load and performance testing as a member of a product team
- Manage the platform lifecycle from design to production
- Closely collaborate with application teams; collect feedback and relentlessly improve the product offering
- Drive the adoption of "monitoring-as-code" by building an API-first platform
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Good communication, planning and teamwork skills
- Motivated to work in an agile team and commonly reaching ambitious goals
Requirements
- Independent, efficient, proactive and meticulous ways of working
- A high attention of quality management, operational resilience IT Security and risk management
- Able to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasks
- Recognized analytical thinking skills, and good knowledge of the methods & new ways of working (Agile, DevOps & Continuous Integration, etc.)
