Platform Engineer - Observability 100% (f/m/d)

Job description

Tasks

• Develop and operate the DevOps observability platform, consisting of application performance monitoring, synthetic monitoring and load and performance testing, as a member of a product team
• Manage the platform lifecycle from the design phase to production
• Work closely with the application teams, gather feedback and continuously improve the product offering
• Promote the introduction of "monitoring-as-code" by building an API-based platform
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems
• Good communication, planning and teamwork skills
• Motivated to work in an agile team and achieve ambitious goals together

Requirements

• Independent, efficient, proactive and careful way of working
• High attention to quality management, operational resilience, IT security and risk management
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasks
• Analytical thinking and good knowledge of methods and new ways of working (Agile, DevOps & Continuous Integration etc.)
