Tasks

• OWN THE BANK GRADE OBSERVABILITY PLATFORM, CONSISTING OF APPLICATION PERFORMANCE MONITORING, SYNTHETIC MONITORING, AND LOAD AND PERFORMANCE TESTING AS A MEMBER OF A PRODUCT TEAM
• Manage the platform lifecycle from design to production
• Closely collaborate with application teams; collect feedback and relentlessly improve the product offering
• Drive the adoption of "monitoring-as-code" by building an API-first platform
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Good communication, planning and teamwork skills
• Motivated to work in an agile team and commonly reaching ambitious goals

Requirements

• Independent, efficient, proactive and meticulous ways of working
• A high attention of quality management, operational resilience IT security and risk management
• Able to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasks
• Recognized analytical thinking skills, and good knowledge of the methods & new ways of working (Agile, DevOps & Continuous Integration, etc.)
