Platform Engineer & Scrum Master

Tasks

- Conducting retrospectives to keep delivery focused and transparent - Supporting the operation and further development of our enterprise cloud and Kubernetes platforms to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance - Working closely with the product owner to manage and refine the backlog to ensure alignment with business priorities and technical dependencies - Promote continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions—both technically and in team processes - Ensure compliance with change management processes, security policies, and regulatory requirements in all platform activities - Apply Scrum principles and practices to foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning

Requirements

• Educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in applying Scrum principles and practices
• Demonstrable practical experience as a cloud/Kubernetes engineer or platform operator in enterprise-wide environments
• Strong skills in Azure Cloud
• Strong scripting and automation skills with languages such as Bash, Python, and Go
• Familiarity with configuration formats such as YAML and JSON
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Ansible, Helm, Crossplane)
• Scrum Master certification (SAFe) preferred and/or cloud certification is a plus
• Highly self-motivated and proactive team player with a strong sense of personal responsibility, a hands-on mentality, and the ability to independently steer and manage change.
