• Implementing user-oriented real estate management that ensures sustainable
• You develop solution strategies and feasibility studies in collaboration with the construction project management team.
• Together with external and internal partners, you are responsible for the evaluation of existing locations and the search for alternative locations.
• Processing of purchase, sale and rental transactions as part of a sub-portfolio.

Your profile - bring more

• You have a completed education in the real estate sector, e.g. architecture or civil engineering studies ETH, FH and further training in real estate management, or similar.
• You have several years of experience in the realization of complex real estate projects and bring new perspectives, e.g. from the retail sector.
• Ideally, you have experience in corporate real estate management or in the real estate environment of large companies.
• You think both strategically and tactically and get to the heart of the matter quickly.
• With your communication and coordination skills, you pick up both internal and external stakeholders and speak their language.
• You identify with our values and have an idea of what they could mean in the context of the new role.
