Portfolio Manager
The Portfolio Manager at Julius Baer in Singapore is responsible for managing and monitoring investment portfolios, developing investment strategies, and working closely with clients and stakeholders. Tasks

The main areas of responsibility include:- The construction and management of multi-asset portfolios in accordance with established objectives and risk profiles.
- The development of strategic and tactical asset allocation for customized portfolios.
- Direct communication with clients in Business Mandarin and English to provide investment insights and portfolio updates.
- Collaborating with relationship managers to identify and capitalize on DPM business opportunities in Greater China.
- Preparing investment proposals, portfolio reviews, and client presentations in English and Business Mandarin.
- Ensuring that portfolios comply with client guidelines, regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements
The most important requirements include:- 8–15 years of experience in portfolio management, DPM mandates, or multi-asset investing.
- An excellent track record in multi-asset portfolio management and client advisory services.
- Native or near-native business Mandarin and strong English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Completed regulatory exams such as CACS Papers 1 and 2, and CMFAS Modules 3 and 6.
- CFA certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg is a plus.
