Your role
As a Portfolio Management Solutions Specialist in Asset Serving's Global Custody Solutions division, you will take on the exciting and challenging task of managing your own portfolio of external portfolio managers and their affiliated entities.
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the portfolio managers within your portfolio and their mandates; from supporting the onboarding of new asset management mandates, to providing day-to-day support on operational and strategic issues, to handling during mandate closures or manager changes.
In addition, you will be the single point of contact for the Portfolio Manager for all custody areas such as corporate actions, trade settlement, transaction reconciliation, foreign exchange transactions and much more.
You independently monitor the service level agreement and maintain close cooperation with your portfolio managers and internal stakeholders to provide an optimal service, actively contribute to digitalization and increase efficiency in the interest of all parties.
Your tasks

- Monitoring the service level agreement
