Portfolio Review Specialist

Tasks

• Work collaboratively with the Global Asset Class Specialists and Relationship Managers to review and reassess PB Advice Premium client portfolios
• Motivate and provide feedback to other team members to improve overall performance and productivity
• Develop a scalable process to efficiently analyze PB/Advice Premium client portfolios
• Develop and maintain a database of "Buy" and "Sell" recommendations
• Stay up to date on changes in the bank's research and the CIO's views
• Consult regularly with global asset class specialists to implement appropriate portfolio actions at the asset class level
• Hold discussions with Relationship Managers/Global Asset Class Specialists to agree on client profiles, preferences, etc. (before and after the review)
• Create presentation materials (supplementary information, charts, tables, etc.) for relationship managers to use when discussing matters with their clients

Requirements

• High level of motivation and an inclusive personality
• Basic knowledge of investment products and experience in applying a global portfolio approach across all asset classes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial information/data systems (e.g., Bloomberg)
• A background in quantitative analysis is desirable
• Strong entrepreneurial judgment, business acumen, and a solid understanding of the global investment industry, markets, and products
• Language skills: English (spoken and written) and a second language (Cantonese or Mandarin) are required
• Certification as a Certified Private Wealth Professional (CPWP) is preferred
• HKMA/SFC-licensed representative
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations and requirements
• Cross-border rules and regulations
