Portfolio Services and Client Relationships Specialist - Analyst
BlackRock is seeking an Analyst for Portfolio Services and Client Relations in Budapest who will focus on data analysis, reporting, and addressing client needs. The position requires a bachelor's degree in finance or economics, as well as 2–5 years of professional experience, ideally in the private banking sector.
Tasks
- Responsibility for delivering and addressing customer experiences and needs through daily interactions
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our control environments, policies, and procedures, including testing and updating team policies, procedures, and presentations as needed
- Obtaining and Reviewing Quarterly Inclusion Reports
- Collect and analyze monthly/quarterly strategic reporting data in a timely and accurate manner, and summarize the key findings for the team to present to clients
- Proactively conduct a review based on monthly/quarterly inclusion data
- Review of quarterly investment data and statements by customers
- Collaborating with various team members and managing projects as needed
- Sending Weekly Status Reports
- Preparation of quarterly risk reports and presentations for the client
- Weekly communication with the client to discuss market conditions and/or new insights, as applicable
- Data Entry and Maintenance
- Supporting stakeholders with any HCI or project inquiries
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or an equivalent combination of education and 2–5 years of professional experience, ideally gained at private banks in a multi-institutional environment
- Consistent and data-driven, with a strong customer focus, passion, and experience in data management, as well as a passion for service excellence
- Enjoyable collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Any additional languages, such as French, Spanish, German, and Bulgarian, are a plus.
- Ambitious, proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude, a hands-on approach, and a willingness to develop and grow beyond one's comfort zone
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, ability to prioritize and deliver tasks as promised while maintaining high quality and consistent results
- Strong planning and organizational skills for managing daily tasks, with a results-oriented approach to delivering outcomes
- A reliable and trustworthy leader with whom teams and colleagues enjoy working in an environment with high expectations
- Fluency in Excel
- Proven ability to quickly learn proprietary systems
- Results-oriented and able to stay focused under pressure

- Confidential salary range for Hungary: 8,740,000–12,000,000 HUF
