Pre-Sales Engineer (Dubai)

Tasks

• Deliver on-time and flawless services to customers across all sectors (B2B and B2C); Taurus will ensure the highest quality of service (using its own digital solutions). We build Taurus using its own digital solutions.
• Building the company's reputation, developing the company's knowledge, gaining experience, thinking about the future, and gaining experience.
• Deliver advanced cloud and OT solutions from partner vendors—including cloud infrastructure from Alibaba Cloud, SD-WAN, security (network access via secure access systems, etc.), and future partners, technologies, and vendors (networks, infrastructure, etc.) (Alibaba Cloud Security Partner, CyberArk, etc.)—directly to customers (sales).
• Maintain direct contact with customers and provide support to identify their specific needs and requirements.
• Follow Up on Customer Expectations and the Team
• Ensure the highest quality of pre-sales activities for our digital solutions and customers.
• Build content on top of our company's Taurus platform, incorporating its own digital solutions and targeting customers specific to each Taurus platform.
• Work with partners on its digital solutions (especially IoT—Taurus does not implement this in any form).

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on technical experience or experience managing products (in areas such as cloud, IoT, and telecommunications) or customers. Basic knowledge and required experience—specialist level, etc.
• Pre-sales engineer with relevant knowledge of Alibaba Cloud, technical skills (and)
• Design-driven and skilled at working with vendors (sales-driven, technical, digital, and process-related)
• Process-oriented, with expertise in IT environments and Taurus’s own digital solutions in OT, as well as the requirements of a typical Taurus operation with its internal services and the company’s customers.
• Strong knowledge of the Alibaba Cloud platform and its components (IoT, OT, networking, cloud infrastructure, Amazon, etc.)
• Skills to develop solutions for clients and customers using the right tools, knowledge, procedures, and processes.
• Demonstrating interpersonal and database communication skills (SQL and/or other database applications)
• Proven communication and writing skills.
• Expert in learning, highly focused on the goal, proactive mindset
• Willing to travel regularly to our target countries
