As part of the expansion of its range of services, Banque Raiffeisen Vallée d'Illiez is looking for its future President(s) of the Management Board to join its commercial team and its existing and capital strategy.

Profile recherché

• Charismatic and imaginative, you combine passion and innovation to guide our bank to new successes.
• You have advanced banking knowledge (placement, credit, insurance) and extensive experience in banking or business management, for example in private and commercial clients and in market development.
• You have entrepreneurial skills and solid expertise in the organization and management of a bank as well as a distribution network.

Responsabilités

• You can read the decisions taken by the Board of Directors on the bank's global strategy.
• Vous mettez en oeuvre la stratégie et installez une culture du changement auprès des collaboratrices et collaborateurs.
• You manage commercial, operational and prudential banking activities on a daily basis, help to ensure good management of the banking enterprise and identify market potential.
• Vous positionnez votre bank comme un prestataire et un partenaire financier incontournable dans son rayon d'action et mobilisez vous collaboratrices et collaborateurs à fournir des services et des produits innovants à nos clients.
• You play a role model for the employees and, through your leadership, you influence the development of each of them.
• Vous participez à la vie sociale de notre région et entretenez les différents canaux internes (communes, entreprises, associations).
