Job description
Full-time Pricing Analyst in Singapore.Tasks
The main tasks include:- Developing pricing strategies to improve profitability by identifying revenue opportunities and defining appropriate initiatives
- Support for the implementation and rollout of pricing initiatives to actively drive the realization of the corresponding business models
- Conducting analyses of market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to develop recommendations for pricing strategies
- Preparing presentation materials and analyzing data sets to support projects and pricing initiatives and ensure clear reporting on progress and performance
Product owners of pricing tools/projects
The tasks include:- Coordinating the implementation of price increases from the business side, including updating pricing documentation and implementing changes in pricing tools
- Organizing and leading working groups to gather business requirements related to pricing issues in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Design and implementation of user acceptance tests for price-related improvements
- Preparation of monthly budget forecasts and actual reports for monitoring and tracking
Support for day-to-day pricing activities
The tasks include:- Support for daily pricing operations, including handling inquiries, maintaining fee structures and pricing documentation, resolving technical issues with IT and operations, etc.
- Supporting and promoting activities related to pricing policy or governance, including the implementation of price controls
- Development and administration of pricing-related training and education (including training materials, onboarding training, etc.)
Requirements
The requirements include:- A university degree or advanced education in business administration (e.g., MBA), finance, or an equivalent field
- At least 4–6 years of experience in private banking and/or the financial services industry, or in management/strategy consulting
- Proven experience in project management
- Experience in pricing (strategic, tactical, operational) is preferred
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, and comfort working with large datasets
