Shape the Future of Operational Pricing at Julius Baer! As a Pricing Change Manager (100%) (f/m/d), you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the future of operational pricing. You’ll work side by side with experienced experts, gain deeper insights into complex fee structures and end-to-end pricing processes, and help shape the future of operational pricing.

Your challenge

As a Pricing Change Manager, you will be responsible for key tasks within the pricing platform migration project:
  • Pricing Platform Migration: Support from senior pricing experts in process design, business requirements review, impact analysis, and end-to-end testing. Ensuring alignment between current capabilities and future requirements
  • Translation of "Old to New": You will become an expert in current and future pricing logic, gain a deep understanding of legacy calculations, and help design robust, scalable solutions for the future. You will serve as the Operational Pricing Champion during the transition.
  • Target Operating Model (TOM): Active involvement in defining the future organizational structure, roles, responsibilities, and workflows for operational pricing
  • Change Management & Enablement: Leading training initiatives, preparing materials, training super users, and supporting the operational pricing team during the cutover phases to ensure a smooth transition to new systems and processes
  • Daily operational support: Collaborating with the operational pricing team – handling special requests, managing customer inquiries via the help desk, and providing support for urgent pricing issues

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, banking and finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, with demonstrable experience in analyzing and improving operational workflows or pricing tools, particularly in a financial services environment
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and quality standards, and a proactive approach to solving challenges
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to drive change and share knowledge, with a preference for coaching, training, and empowering colleagues
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset – self-motivated, able to perform well under pressure, and committed to delivering high-quality results on time
  • You are able to break down complex processes, identify key issues, and complete tasks thoroughly and responsibly
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Work Permit in Switzerland
