  • Involvement in operational optimization and virtual application development
  • Process and System Optimization for Administrative and Scientific Workflows
  • Leading workflow and application development using JavaScript and SQL
• Platform Governance and Standards:
  • Collaboration with the Service Desk, Applications, Networking, and other workstream variables
  • Ensuring security across all levels of data precision and implementing automation systems
  • Collaboration with IT teams using JavaScript and Python programming
  • Cross-functional collaboration to implement various automation and monitoring approaches
  • Role as a Product-Market Expert in ITSM Platform and Integration Architecture
  • Management of business operations, projects, and various automation solutions
• Involvement in the automation of governance systems, not in complex platform engineering
