Principal, Practice Administration

Tasks

The most important tasks include:
  • Practice Operations Support: Assisting with the planning and coordination of meetings, training sessions, and workshops, as well as maintaining and updating cloud practice documentation, templates, and knowledge bases.
  • Resource Coordination: Support with hiring and assigning cloud team members, maintaining resource allocation and availability, and coordinating with HR and finance for personnel and billing matters.
  • Project and portfolio management: Monitoring project schedules, milestones, and delivery dates, as well as assisting with the creation of status reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Financial and contractual support: Assistance with budget management, forecasting, and expense tracking, as well as support with contract management and renewal.
  • Tool and platform administration: Maintenance of access and permissions for cloud platforms and collaboration tools, as well as support with license management and usage tracking.

Requirements

The requirements for this position include:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative or coordinating roles, preferably in IT or cloud services.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Experience with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
