Principal Product Manager, GHRCS Products & Innovation

Your role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Group Human Resources & Corporate Services (GHRCS) team to drive the evolution of product management within the Capability Building Center of Excellence.

The most important tasks include:

• Establishing and implementing the product strategy by introducing tangible capability building blocks
• Work closely with the Experience Team to shape the roadmap
• Implement strategic initiatives independently
• Navigating Organizational Complexity

Your team

You will be a central pillar of our new capability-building organization. We deliver a unified, people-centered, results-oriented product that strengthens the product organization’s ability to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions—serving as the primary catalyst for product capabilities across multiple streams and crews and acting as a hub for cross-functional collaboration.

Your expertise

The required qualifications include:

• Approximately 8 years of experience in applied, customer-focused product management and operational excellence
• Practical experience with product strategy and delivery across various organizations, applying a range of external best practices to address internal challenges at top-tier financial institutions
• Proven track record in establishing product vision, strategy, and roadmap governance at the enterprise level
• Experience with product capability and maturity models and tools
• In-depth practical expertise in agile methods
• A demonstrable focus on the development of artificial intelligence
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
• A natural curiosity combined with the ability to lead without formal authority
• A strong ability to lead without formal authority
• A cooperative nature with the ability to build consensus
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus
