Principal, Solution Architect

Job Overview

• This individual will be results-oriented, possess excellent analytical and communication skills, and have the ability to solve major business management and technical problems.
• Must have a variety of project skills to take on multiple responsibilities in building the product backlog to deliver ROI in all three markets and lead strategic implementation projects with clients.
• The preferred candidate will have strong technical knowledge of architectures, methodologies, and business requirements, enabling them to play a key role among the company's software engineers and senior developers.
• Must be able to work independently to lead complex business and cross-functional technical teams, and possess the skills to work with a variety of tools.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Governance:
  • Be part of the development and operations of the Global Engineering Architectural Governance team
  • Maintain controlling guidelines to ensure optimal solutions.
  • Identify and continue to explore projects, initiate the architectural strategy, and enforce the defined standards
• Roadmap:
  • Partner on tools and technologies through modern application layer architectures and solutions for software stacks.
  • Engage early with new solution creators through structured conversations and presentations.
  • Maintain up-to-date portfolios to support the implementation of the target state
  • Maintain alignment between technology and business strategy
  • Ensure that investment spending is aligned with the target state and roadmaps
• Personality:

  • Link with the Enterprise Architecture Group

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Understanding of AI and machine learning to provide additional benefits
• Work experience with cloud-based technologies

• Salary Range: $175,400 - $238,880,400
