Principal, Solutions Consultant

Tasks

- Serve as data steward for risk reporting data to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security standards are met. - Develop, manage, and maintain data extractions, translations, enrichments, and productions for enterprise end users. - Collaborate with teams in global locations to design and develop solutions that meet business requirements. - Work closely with stakeholders and product owners to support the data roadmap and capabilities that support enterprise use cases. - Ensuring data products are optimized for risk reporting to help business users monitor, assess, report, and act on potential risks. - Implementing and monitoring processes to ensure the quality, completeness, and reliability of data throughout its lifecycle. - Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline data workflows and quality controls, improve efficiencies, and reduce manual work. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data product processes and standards. - Support enterprise data management standards and initiatives. - Support audit requirements and requests.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, information systems, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, or similar roles. - Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with GRC systems and data structures. Preferably +5 years of experience with data structures from Archer, Fusion, ServiceNow, and other GRC platforms. - 7+ years of experience with cloud technologies, including Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks. - Experience building data products, preferably risk data products for end-use applications such as Power BI or similar analytics/BI platforms. - Good understanding of data governance principles and security best practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data, data provenance, data consumption, etc. - Focus on results and goals to ensure that work is meaningful and use case-oriented. - Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to collaborate with teams worldwide. Ability to work outside of regular business hours to interact with global stakeholders. - Strong communication skills, with precise and accurate explanation of complex technical concepts.
